Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • 1. Stationary Bike (for max calories)
  • 2. Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Alternate between the stationary bike and deadlifts, completing 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total calories on the bike and total reps of deadlifts combined.
- Push hard during the work intervals and focus on maintaining good form throughout.
