Tabata Weightlifting Stationary BikeTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternate between:
- Stationary Bike (max effort)
- Weightlifting (e.g. power cleans, snatch, thrusters, etc.)
Instructions:
- Set up a stationary bike and a barbell with weights for the weightlifting portion.
- Perform max effort on the bike for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Immediately transition to the barbell and perform a weightlifting movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds on the bike, 4 rounds of weightlifting).
- Choose a challenging weight for the weightlifting portion that allows for proper form and technique throughout the workout.
