Skill Emphasis: Focus on efficiency and technique for each movement throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed for each movement.
