Tabata Skill GHD Machine

Tabata Workout:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise
- 1 minute rest between each exercise


Exercises:
1. GHD Sit-ups
2. GHD Hip Extensions
3. GHD Russian Twists
4. GHD Back Extensions


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next. Rest for 1 minute between exercises. Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging your core throughout each movement.
