Tabata Skill GHD Machine

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each movement
- GHD Sit-ups
- GHD Back Extensions
- Hollow Rocks
- Superman Holds


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Focus on quality of movement and maintaining proper form throughout the Tabata.
