  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    • GHD Sit-ups
    • GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort work on GHD Sit-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest, then switch to GHD Back Extensions for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement). Keep a steady pace and focus on proper form for each movement.
