  • Weighted Russian Twists
  • Plank Hold
  • Medicine Ball Slams

Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
- Choose challenging but sustainable weights for Russian Twists and Medicine Ball Slams.
- Focus on proper form and core engagement throughout the workout.
