Tabata Strength GHD Machine

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of GHD Sit-Ups
- 10 seconds rest


Instructions:
Perform as many GHD Sit-Ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each round to avoid injury. Adjust the difficulty by changing the height of the GHD machine or the range of motion during the sit-up.
