Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • GHD Sit-ups
  • GHD Hip Extensions

Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of GHD Sit-ups in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then perform as many reps as possible of GHD Hip Extensions in 20 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed.
