EMOM Weightlifting GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)


Instructions: Alternate between 10 GHD Sit-ups and 5 Deadlifts every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and push yourself to keep the intensity high. Adjust the weight on the deadlifts as needed to maintain proper technique.
