EMOM Strength GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 10 GHD Back Extensions


Instructions:
Perform 10 GHD sit-ups and 10 GHD back extensions every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. If you are not able to complete the reps within the minute, rest the next minute and continue the following minute. This workout will target your core and lower back strength, so maintain proper form throughout the entire workout. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
