EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • Even Minutes: 10 GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups at the start of each odd minute and 10 GHD Back Extensions at the start of each even minute. Focus on proper form and engaging your core throughout each movement. Adjust reps as needed to maintain quality movement.
