EMOM for 10 minutes:
- 8 GHD Sit-Ups
- 6 GHD Back Extensions


Instructions:
Perform 8 GHD Sit-Ups followed by 6 GHD Back Extensions every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement and push yourself to complete each round within the minute.
