EMOM Strength GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • Even minutes: 10 GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups at the start of each odd minute and 10 GHD Back Extensions at the start of each even minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on proper form and control throughout each movement. Adjust reps as needed to maintain quality movement.
