EMOM Strength GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 10 GHD Hip Extensions

Instructions: Perform 10 GHD sit-ups followed by 10 GHD hip extensions at the top of each minute for 20 minutes straight. Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging your core throughout the workout. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity and quality of movement.
