- 10 GHD Hip Extensions
Instructions:
Perform 10 GHD sit-ups followed by 10 GHD hip extensions every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout and scale the reps as needed to maintain intensity.
