Every Minute on the Minute for 16 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 10 GHD Hip Extensions


Instructions:
Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups and 10 GHD Hip Extensions at the start of every minute for a total of 16 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
