For Time:


  • 50 GHD Sit-ups
  • 40 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Instructions:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups if needed.
- Scale muscle-ups to chest-to-bar pull-ups and ring dips if needed.
- Ensure proper form on GHD movements to prevent injury.
