For Time:


  • 50 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 40 Walking Lunges with GHD Medball
  • 30 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 GHD Russian Twists (each side)
  • 10 GHD Back Extensions

Instructions:
- Perform all reps of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Use proper form and technique on the GHD machine to prevent injury.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity while keeping good form.
- Time cap: 20 minutes.
