Chipper Strength GHD MachineFor Time:
- 50 GHD Sit-Ups
- 40 Walking Lunges with GHD Medball
- 30 GHD Hip Extensions
- 20 GHD Russian Twists (each side)
- 10 GHD Back Extensions
Instructions:
- Perform all reps of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Use proper form and technique on the GHD machine to prevent injury.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity while keeping good form.
