AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Be sure to scale the weight on the deadlifts as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and focus on engaging your core during the GHD movements.
