  • 50 AbMat Sit-ups
  • 40 Russian Twists with Slam Ball
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Slam Ball


Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each exercise in order, completing the full amount of reps before moving on to the next movement. The goal is to complete the workout as fast as possible while maintaining good form. Adjust the reps or movements as needed to scale the workout to your fitness level.
