- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 GHD Sit-ups
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
Instructions:
Start with the deadlifts, move to the GHD machine for sit-ups, and finish with box jumps. Complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap. Be sure to maintain proper form on the GHD machine to protect your lower back. Adjust weights and box height as needed for your skill level.
