  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of GHD Hip Extensions
  • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment: GHD Machine


Instructions: Perform 8 rounds of the alternating movements for a total of 4 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each interval and push yourself during the work periods.


Notes: Make sure to scale the movements as needed and listen to your body to prevent any injury. Keep a steady pace and challenge yourself to push through the entire Tabata.
