Tabata Strength:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of GHD sit-ups, 10 seconds rest
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of GHD back extensions, 10 seconds rest


Instructions:
- Perform the GHD sit-ups and back extensions in alternating rounds for a total of 16 rounds (8 of each).
- Focus on quality movement and engaging your core throughout each interval.
- Adjust the difficulty as needed by changing the range of motion or tempo.
