    • 20 seconds of GHD Sit-Ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many GHD Sit-Ups as possible during the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout the movement to protect your lower back.
