Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. GHD Sit-ups
    2. GHD Hip Extensions

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before switching to the next movement.
- Focus on proper form and full range of motion for each rep.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
