- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-ups, 15 Handstand Push-ups, and 20 Toes-to-Bar. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Have a spotter for the Handstand Push-ups if necessary.
