AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 15 Deadlifts (#185/135)
  • 20 Box Jumps

Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-Ups, 15 Deadlifts, and 20 Box Jumps. Use proper form on the GHD machine to protect your lower back. Scale weight and height of box as needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
