Instructions:
Complete 21 GHD sit-ups, followed by 21 deadlifts, then 15 GHD sit-ups, 15 deadlifts, and finally 9 GHD sit-ups and 9 deadlifts. Time cap: 12 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form on the GHD sit-ups to protect your lower back. Adjust the deadlift weight as needed to maintain good technique throughout the workout.
