AMRAP Weightlifting GHD MachineAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Be sure to maintain proper form on the GHD Sit-ups to protect your lower back. Scale the weight on the Deadlifts and height on the Box Jumps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
