  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 10 GHD Hip Extensions

Instructions: Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups and 10 GHD Hip Extensions every minute on the minute for a total of 15 minutes. Focus on engaging your core throughout the movements and maintaining proper form. Adjust the rep scheme if needed to ensure you can complete each set within the minute.
