AMRAP Gymnastics GHD Machine

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-ups, 15 Handstand Push-ups, and 20 Toes-to-Bar. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to properly warm-up and cool down to prevent injury.
