Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each set of GHD sit-ups and back extensions unbroken before moving on to the walking lunges. Focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout. Be sure to scale the GHD movements if needed to ensure safety and proper technique.
