Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of GHD Sit-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Perform as many GHD Sit-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on proper form and engage your core throughout the workout.
