AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 25 Double Unders

Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between core-focused movements on the GHD machine and explosive movements with box jumps and double unders. Make sure to maintain proper form on the GHD machine to prevent injury. Adjust the box jump height and double under volume as needed for skill level.
