Tabata Cardio GHD Machine

Tabata:


  • GHD Sit-ups x20 seconds
  • Rest x10 seconds
  • Assault Bike x20 seconds
  • Rest x10 seconds

Instructions:
Perform GHD Sit-ups for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, hop on the Assault Bike for 20 seconds, followed by another 10 seconds of rest. Repeat this cycle for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of GHD Sit-ups and 4 rounds of Assault Bike).


Notes:
Make sure to maintain proper form on the GHD Sit-ups to protect your lower back. Push hard on the Assault Bike intervals to get the most out of the cardio component.
