Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of GHD Sit-Ups, followed by 10 seconds of rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Russian Twists with a weighted plate, followed by 10 seconds of rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Weighted Planks, followed by 10 seconds of rest
