Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging the core throughout each movement.


Instructions: Perform 20 seconds of GHD Sit-ups, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, perform 20 seconds of GHD Back Extensions, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement).
