AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Dumbbell Deadlifts (50/35 lbs)
  • 25 Double Unders

Notes:
- Perform each movement with proper form to avoid injury, especially on the GHD machine.
- Scale the weight of the dumbbells and modify the GHD movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
