- GHD Sit-Ups
- Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)


Instructions:
Perform 21 GHD sit-ups, followed by 21 deadlifts. Then, complete 15 GHD sit-ups and 15 deadlifts, and finish with 9 GHD sit-ups and 9 deadlifts. Time cap of 12 minutes. Be sure to scale weight and GHD sit-ups as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
