Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • Movement 1: GHD Sit-ups
  • Movement 2: GHD Hip Extensions

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between GHD Sit-ups and GHD Hip Extensions for each round.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
