AMRAP Skill GHD Machine

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-ups, 15 GHD Hip Extensions, and 20 Box Jumps. Scale the GHD movements as needed to maintain proper form and avoid injury. Be sure to fully extend on the hip extensions and jump securely onto the box for the box jumps. Keep moving and push yourself to see how many rounds you can complete in the time cap.
