Tabata Weightlifting GHD Machine

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. GHD Sit-ups
    2. GHD Hip Extensions
    3. Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
    4. Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout.
