AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 20 Air Squats

Notes: Make sure to maintain proper form on the GHD machine to prevent injury. Scale the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the 15-minute AMRAP. Rest as needed between sets to avoid burnout.
