  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of GHD sit-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Perform as many GHD sit-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to focus on engaging your core throughout each rep and maintain proper form to prevent injury.
