EMOM Cardio Peg Board

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Calorie Assault Bike
- Even minutes: 1 Peg Board Ascent


Instructions:
- Perform 10 calories on the Assault Bike at a sprint pace during odd minutes, then complete 1 ascent on the Peg Board during even minutes.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next interval.
- Scale the calorie count on the Assault Bike or modify the Peg Board ascent as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on consistent effort and breathing control to sustain the workload.
