For Time:


  • 50 Double-unders
  • 15 Toes-to-bar
  • 40 Double-unders
  • 12 Toes-to-bar
  • 30 Double-unders
  • 9 Toes-to-bar

Equipment:
- Rope
- Pull-up bar


Time Cap: 12 minutes


Instructions: Perform the double-unders and toes-to-bar in the prescribed rep scheme, moving as quickly as possible through each round. Focus on maintaining good form on the toes-to-bar to avoid burning out too quickly. Adjust the rep scheme if needed to stay within the time cap, aiming for intensity and efficiency in each movement.
