AMRAP Weightlifting Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Power Snatches
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Power Cleans

Weight: Use #135 for men and #95 for women for the weightlifting movements.


Instructions: In this AMRAP workout, alternate between 10 Wall Balls and 5 Power Snatches, then 10 Wall Balls and 5 Power Cleans. Keep moving through the reps as quickly as possible for maximum rounds in 15 minutes. Remember to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
