- Dumbbell Renegade Rows

Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the two movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust dumbbell weight as needed.
