EMOM Cardio Wall Ball

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes:
- 15 Wall Balls
- 10 Burpees


Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Start each minute with 15 wall balls, then complete 10 burpees before the minute is up. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
